Discover our origins<\/h2>\n

85 years ago, a young man named Peter Haas decided to rebel against what his vital destiny seemed to indicate.<\/p>\n

Born into a family with a long tradition in watchmaking, everything pointed to Peter being the next member of the family to run the watch workshop that they had been managing for years in Muralto, in the Swiss canton of Ticino.<\/p>\n

However, Peter Haas’ love for watchmaking led him to decide to start another path: that of creating a new watch brand.<\/p>\n

He did not want to limit himself to developing traditional pieces according to other brands’ specifications. He wanted to create the most beautiful and elegant watches, paying homage to the Swiss watchmaking tradition and offering their owners the utmost possible precision. As a symbol of that beauty, power and precision, Peter chose the Jaguar. An animal that awakened his passion and admiration. Jaguar Watches brand was born.<\/p>\n
